    Design & drawing

    Structural design, 3D drawing and load analysis completed. Drawings shared for approval within 5–7 working days.

    ISO-certified factory fabrication. Every member cut, welded, drilled, shot-blasted and painted. Full quality inspection.

    High-strength steel in every component

    We use only certified-grade steel and coated panels. Every component carries material test certificates and conforms to IS/ASTM standards.

    Primary steel frame

    Hot-rolled and built-up sections. Tapered or prismatic columns and rafters optimised by structural software for minimum weight.

    Purlins & girts

    Cold-formed Z and C sections 120–300mm deep. Galvanised after forming. All holes pre-punched at factory.

    Roof & wall panels

    Profiled steel cladding in 24GA and 26GA thickness. AZ150 zinc-aluminium coating conforming to ASTM A792. 25-micron polyester top coat.

    Fasteners & trims

    Class 8.8 structural bolts for all main frame connections. Self-drilling screws and EPDM washers for cladding. All metal trims are pre-painted to match.

    Industrial shed cost depends on span, height, crane load, cladding type and location. A basic steel structure typically starts at ₹250–₹350 per sq ft for the structural frame. Full turnkey — including civil foundation, flooring, electrification and site work — ranges from ₹500 to ₹900+ per sq ft.     Yes — and this is one of our core specialities. Being a crane manufacturer ourselves, we design industrial sheds with integrated crane columns, runway beams and bracings from the structural design stage. Overhead EOT cranes up to 5 MT are supported on column brackets. For 5–50 MT and above, independent crane support columns are provided. We are the only building contractor in Delhi NCR who also manufactures the crane.
    A well-maintained steel industrial shed lasts 30–50 years. The structural frame, if properly primed and painted, requires touch-up every 10–12 years. Roof and wall cladding panels with AZ150 zinc-aluminium coating and 25-micron polyester paint provide 15–20 years of corrosion resistance before recoating is needed, depending on local environment.
    Our building solutions are supplied under ISO 9001:2015 certification covering design, fabrication and supply. All structural designs comply with AISC specifications for structural steel and Indian Standards IS:800, IS:875 and IS:1893. Material test certificates are provided for all steel used in the primary structure.
    A single-span rigid frame PEB can achieve 60m+ clear span without internal columns. Multi-span buildings using intermediate columns can cover any footprint — up to several hundred metres wide. The practical sweet spot for most factories and warehouses is 18m–36m single span, which covers the majority of industrial requirements.
    We provide the complete steel structure, detailed foundation drawings, and anchor bolt setting. Civil foundation work (footing excavation, PCC, RCC and anchor bolt placement) is typically done by the client's local civil contractor following our drawings. We can recommend trusted civil partners in your area. Full turnkey projects including civil can be arranged on request.
    Yes — future expansion is one of the biggest advantages of prefabricated steel sheds. New bays can be added by bolting onto the existing end frame. Mezzanine floors, lean-to extensions and canopies can be added at any time. The end frame columns are designed with future expansion loads factored in if you specify this at the outset. No demolition, no major disruption to ongoing operations.
