    The skin that protects everything inside

    Industrial roofing and cladding refers to the profiled steel panels used to cover the roof and walls of factories, warehouses, sheds and commercial buildings. These are not the same as domestic roofing — industrial panels are engineered for high wind loads, heavy rainfall, thermal movement and decades of continuous exposure to the Indian climate, with no maintenance beyond periodic cleaning.

    • Roof cladding panels — profiled steel sheets fixed to purlins forming the weather envelope of the building. Slope, profile depth and gauge determine spanning capacity and drainage performance.
    • Wall cladding panels — vertical profiled sheets fixed to girts forming the external skin of side and end walls. Can be single-skin, with insulation or as sandwich panels.
    • Trims and flashings — corner trims, eave trims, ridge caps, rafter trims and masonry trims that seal all panel junctions, joints and transitions. Critical for long-term weather performance.
    • Accessories — polycarbonate skylights, ridge ventilators, industrial louvers, wall lights and eave gutters that complete the roofing system.

    AZ (PPGL) — Aluminium-Zinc Coated Galvalume

    The highest-performance roofing and cladding panel available for industrial applications. AZ150 aluminium-zinc alloy coating (55% Al, 43.5% Zn, 1.5% Si) provides 2–4× the corrosion resistance of standard galvanised material. The aluminium component forms a barrier layer; the zinc provides sacrificial protection at cut edges. Produced on state-of-the-art roll-forming machines, the panels offer extra strength, perfect overlap and high-degree weather protection — while remaining cost-effective.

    Galvalume's aluminium-zinc coating outperforms standard galvanised steel in every accelerated corrosion test. In coastal, chemical-ambient or high-humidity environments, PPGL panels regularly achieve 20–30 years without significant corrosion — often doubling the life of PPGI panels in the same environment.

    Deep-rib profiled sheets produced on state-of-the-art roll-forming machines for applications requiring extra spanning capacity, higher foot traffic loads, or large bay spacings.     New PEB structures

    Roof and wall panels for pre-engineered buildings, supplied as part of a complete building system. Panels are matched to the structural design — correct gauge, profile and colour specified by the structural engineer.

    Industrial re-roofing

    Replacing old corroded asbestos, GI or PPGI roof sheets on existing factory and warehouse structures. We supply matching-profile panels and the full trim set. Partial or complete re-roofing without structural changes.

    Warehouse cladding

    Roof and wall cladding for logistics warehouses, cold-chain facilities and distribution centres. High bay heights, loading dock openings and dock canopy flashings — all supplied as a complete kit.

    Cold room cladding

    AZ150 certified coating

    Every PPGL panel conforms to AZ150 per ASTM A792. Every PPGI panel conforms to G90 per ASTM A653. Certification is not a marketing claim — it is a tested, audited standard. Material test certificates are provided with every order.

    550 MPa steel strength

    Minimum yield strength of 550 MPa means our panels span further on the same purlin spacing, resist higher wind uplift forces and recover better from hail and maintenance loads than 350 MPa panels from commodity suppliers.

    25-micron paint system

    The combined paint film — primer plus top coat — is 25 microns on both front and back surfaces. This is not a single-side coat. The back surface is protected against condensation corrosion, which is the primary failure mode for poorly-coated panels in humid Indian summers.

    State-of-the-art roll-forming

    Panels are produced on precision roll-forming lines with consistent profile geometry and tight dimensional tolerances. Perfect overlap is not luck — it is the result of machine precision. Poor-quality roll-formed panels leak at laps within 2–3 years.

    Custom lengths

    Panels are cut to the exact length required for your building — from 1m to 12m+ in a single sheet. Minimising end-laps reduces potential leak paths and reduces installation time. No standard-length offcuts wasting your budget.

    Complete trim set included

    Ridge caps, corner trims, eave trims, gable flashings, rafter trims and masonry trims are all pre-fabricated in matching material and colour. A roofing system without a proper trim set leaks — always. We supply the complete system, not just the panels.

    Roofing & cladding FAQs

    Galvalume (AZ/PPGL) uses an aluminium-zinc alloy coating — 55% aluminium, 43.5% zinc, 1.5% silicon — that provides 2–4× the corrosion resistance of standard galvanised (PPGI) material. The aluminium forms a stable oxide barrier that blocks moisture penetration; the zinc provides sacrificial protection at cut edges and pinholes. In standard North Indian industrial environments, PPGL AZ150 panels realistically last 20–30 years, versus 12–18 years for PPGI at a similar grade. The premium is typically 10–15% on panel cost.
    For purlin spacings up to 1.5m in standard wind zones (Zone II/III), 26GA is adequate and economical. For spacings above 1.5m, higher wind zones (Zone IV/V), or anywhere foot traffic on the roof is expected, 24GA provides meaningfully better performance. Our structural team specifies the correct gauge for your project as part of the building design.
    Yes. We supply PU foam-core insulated sandwich panels in 40mm, 60mm, 80mm and 100mm thicknesses for temperature-controlled applications. Roof and wall sandwich panels with tongue-and-groove interlocking edges for an airtight joint are available. Inner liner and outer face are supplied as a bonded single unit.
    Yes — we supply the complete roofing system including ridge caps, corner trims, eave trims, gable flashings, rafter trims, masonry trims, polycarbonate skylights, ridge ventilators with bird mesh, power ventilators, eave gutters and downspouts — all in matching colour and coating grade. A panel-only supply without a proper trim set is a guaranteed future leak.
    Colour-coated PPGI roofing sheet prices in India range from approximately ₹55–₹80 per kg for 26GA material, and ₹65–₹95 per kg for 24GA, depending on coating grade, colour and order quantity. PPGL (Galvalume AZ150) carries a 10–15% premium. Prices fluctuate with steel coil prices, which change monthly.     Properly specified PPGL AZ150 panels last 20–30 years in standard North Indian conditions. PPGI G90 panels last 12–18 years in non-aggressive environments. Both assume the 25-micron paint system remains intact and gutters are kept clean — pooled water at eaves significantly accelerates corrosion at the panel base.
    550 MPa refers to the minimum yield strength of the steel base. It is nearly double standard 250 MPa structural steel — meaning our 0.47mm (26GA) 550 MPa panel performs structurally like a 350 MPa 0.60mm panel at lower weight and lower cost per square metre. All our panels carry a 550 MPa steel base as standard.
